About Emilia
Hi! My name's Emilia. I am a former national gymnast and a current co-ed cheerleader! I've been involved in sports and fitness my whole life and it is a big passion of mine. I have great knowledge of gymnastics/fitness and I love to share it with my athletes. I am a level 2 gymnastics coach, coaching competitive groups but also giving online private lessons for mostly kids and teenagers. I care about my athletes' well being and want to develop a good relation with them as I believe communication is key!

- I design a personal workout depending on the athlete's needs to help them improve in an efficient, safe and healthy way
- I've been giving private zoom lessons for the past few years and my athletes get to see improvements after only a couple practices!
- I make each session fun and unique for the athlete so it doesn't get boring.
- I mostly offer lessons to kids/teenagers who want to improve their gymnastics skills, cheerleading skills, flexibility or strength.
- I am also able to provide adults fitness, flexibility or strength workouts.
- Gymnastics and fitness is a big passion of mine so I take the time to teach the proper technique of a skill and decompose the skill into pieces to work on the athlete's needs and struggles. The use of drills and a good understanding of the skill is an effective way to learn and improve!
