About Zora
I am a certified, passionate, and dedicated professional educator with over 20 years of experience in early learning and K-7 educational environments. Currently, I am expanding my pedagogical expertise as a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership student at Trinity Western University.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree along with professional TESOL and TEFL certifications. To ensure the highest standards of safety and care for my students, I am also fully certified in Emergency Child Care First Aid, Responsible Adult practices, and Boundary Training for Canadian Schools.
My extensive background working with children in diverse settings allows me to understand each student's unique needs. I am deeply committed to creating a warm, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere where young learners feel empowered to achieve their language goals!

I offer engaging, interactive, and fun online English lessons designed specifically for young learners (K-7). With over 20 years of experience in early learning and elementary education, I know how to keep children motivated and focused in a virtual environment.
My teaching style is fully student-centered and inquiry-based. This means I don't just ask kids to memorize rules; instead, I use stories, educational games, and practical activities to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills naturally.
Every lesson is customized according to your child's current English level, school curriculum, and unique learning goals. Whether your child is a newcomer adapting to Canada or needs help catching up with schoolwork, I provide a patient, warm, and highly supportive atmosphere to help them build strong language confidence!
