About Fiona
My name is Fiona, I'm Irish and I'm a certified ESL teacher.
I am currently working as an ESL trainer. I test and determine students' CEFR level everyday and do individual/group sessions customised to their goals.
I speak UK English.
On a daily basis I deal with:
- professionals who want to improve for their job
- Retirees who would like to learn a new skill
- People who want to travel
- People who want to maintain and improve their English level. ----People who want to pass particular exams e.g. TOEIC

Lesson structure: Warm up > Main theme > Summary > Feedback
To start off every lesson, we will do a warm up. I love learning by playing so expect some games!
For the main theme, I'll work all of your skills: listening,oral expression,writing and pronunciation. I tailor my lesson plans to each students needs and interests so it is relevant to you. During the main theme I will type while we talk - so you can see what you say and (hopefully, after some training) self correct!
At the end of the lesson, you will we read a summary of what we did in class, drilling pronunciation, important grammar points and words to remember.
I will give you some feedback and some homework for the next lesson!
