I have been teaching online sessions catering to men & women of all ages, including children(over 12 years of age) as well along with teaching at Studios. The practice includes Asana, Pranayam, shat kriyas, guided visualization & meditation. I can work with you to figure out your specific needs - physical, mental or spiritual & help design a practice accordingly, offering modifications as needed & answer all your questions relating to your practice. So you'll get to know the why & how behind every practice we do!
