About Parth
I am an athlete and a football player currently studying management and also work as a fitness / personal trainer and a nutritionist as my part time job where I handle clients with different age groups (beginners to sports persons) and help them reach their ultimate goal.

My teaching method mainly focuses on what is the need of the client . I give the clients a brief about how a proper health goal is achieved and help them perform their best at every level. I make them aware about fitness and it's positive factors. I give diet according to the requirement of the clients body i.e. Need Based only (nothing more ,nothing less).
