Hi, I’m Alondra—a certified pastry chef with over 8 years of experience in professional kitchens, including 5 years as a pastry sous chef. I specialize in cake decorating and chocolate work. I’m passionate about helping others learn through hands-on, practical lessons. My goal is to make baking approachable, creative, and deeply rewarding for every student, no matter their skill level.
