About Nirali
My name is Nirali, and my journey has always been defined by a fascination with the wisdom the human body holds. As a Somatic Therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how our daily stresses, traumas, emotions and lifestyle habits don’t just stay in our minds—they live in our bodies.
I share this knowledge because I believe yoga is more than a physical exercise; it is healing. My goal is to empower you with the tools through Kriya, asanas and sound. To help you understand your own body's language. As a body-based therapist I bring intricacies of how our bodies act in certain situations; how we can listen and address that.

I have been learning Yoga from Nirali since more than a year, and it has been a great journey for my mind and body in achieving some of the simplest yet overlooked things in our daily lives. Things like understanding our body and how it can be guided for various movements and what movements will suit when, breathing exercises and a lot of mental resilience. Nirali's sessions focus on pushing ourselves but not forcing ourselves is a great template for any long term connection building with our mind and body. I always leave with a positive feeling once I complete the sessions with her.
