About Amanda
I am a professional in the area of Industrial Engineering and a certified professor of Hatha Yoga, I also have a diploma in the use of props (implements) in the practice of Yoga. As a yoga practitioner I have been practicing different styles for 5 years, such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Aeoryoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

My classes are based on the following three styles of traditional Hatha Yoga, Ahstanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. My purpose is to share my passion for yoga for what I look for through the classes that the practitioner is at home with himself, that he listens to and gives his body freedom of movement so that he discovers how the mind benefits. This is why my classes are for people who practice Yoga for the first time, as well as for people with experience in their practice. We are all different and we all have our limitations so I seek that through practice we learn from ourselves and our limitations, our body speaks to us and we must learn to listen and accept ourselves.
