Hello! I’m Ali. I was born and raised in the vibrant, soulful city of New Orleans, shaped by the rich cultural heritage of my Persian roots. My life is a blend of high-energy leadership, technical wellness expertise, and a deep-seated commitment to the people I lead and coach.
Professional Legitimacy & Experience
My professional life is built on two pillars: High-End Hospitality Management and Elite Health Coaching.
Hospitality Leadership: By night, I serve as a Manager at the Hyatt, one of the most respected names in global hospitality. In this role, I lead diverse teams and communicate with international guests in high-pressure, five-star environments. This has refined my ability to speak with authority, precision, and a "solutions-oriented" mindset.
Health & Wellness Mastery: By day, I am a Certified Health and Fitness Coach. This role requires a different kind of communication—one that is technical, motivational, and grounded in the science of anatomy and nutrition. I don’t just teach English; I teach you how to use language to inspire and change lives.
Beyond the Resume
When I’m not at the Hyatt or in the gym, I am a lifelong athlete and musician. Whether I’m on the court playing basketball, on the field for football, or practicing tennis, I believe in the discipline of sports. I’ve also played the guitar for years, which has given me a deep appreciation for the "rhythm" and "tone" of language—essential skills for anyone looking to master a new tongue.

My Teaching Approach: The "Action-First" Method
I don’t believe in memorizing grammar tables. If you want to be a world-class coach or manager, you need to speak with authority and empathy. My method is 70/30: You speak 70% of the time, and I provide 30% expert coaching, corrections, and high-level vocabulary injections.
We focus on Functional Fluency. This means we take the English you already know and "upgrade" it so you can handle a high-pressure client consultation or a luxury hotel guest request without missing a beat.
A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan
I structure my lessons like a high-performance workout—we start with a warm-up and finish with a cool-down:
The "Check-In" (5 Mins): A fast-paced conversational warm-up. We talk about your week, your wins, and get your brain switched into "English Mode."
The "Technical Drill" (15 Mins): We dive into specific vocabulary. One day it might be Anatomy & Muscle Cues; the next, it might be Hospitality Leadership & Conflict Resolution.
The "Live Roleplay" (25 Mins): This is the heart of the lesson. We simulate a real-world scenario. I’ll act as your "difficult client" or a "hotel guest," and you practice leading the conversation.
The "Post-Game Analysis" (15 Mins): I provide a detailed breakdown of your pronunciation, word choice, and confidence. You leave with a clear "Action Item" for the week.
