I am a certified hypnotherapist and holistic practitioner with a strong professional background in English teaching and training teachers. I have spent many years supporting learners, developing clear communication skills and delivering structured, effective teaching. Lessons are structured, hands-on and easy to follow. I teach core hypnotherapy, meditation, relaxation and reflexology skills, helping you build confidence and real techniques you can use for personal or professional growth. My approach is warm, encouraging and fully tailored to your goals, offering sessions that help you achieve meaningful progress.
