About Ijeoma
I am Ijeoma or Jema, a Nigerian tutor with 9 years teaching experience coaching ages 2-15 years in subjects like Jolly phonics, English Language, Computer Studies, Scratch Coding for kids, Art & Craft (classroom interior design).
While the goal is progress and success, I encourage my learners to move at their pace. By simplifying topics, I move from known to unknown, this way, I identify key stumbling blocks and together, we turn them into stepping stones.
I just concluded a 6 months online homeschooling for a Special Need Learner who had difficulty in Comprehension but was very skilled in Mathematics. A remarkable achievement was achieved.
For two years, I have supervised and marked WASSCE and NECO, so, I know what examiners want.
I can't wait to use my creativity to influence another potential Champion. We can do it!

In my 9 years of teaching, I've groomed confident learners by moving lesson modules from known to unknown. This way, I learn the stumbling blocks of my learners and together, we turn them into stepping stones. I employ other measures like art/craft, rhymes, personalized motivational speech, audios/videos, Scratch coding to my learners to create a cordial and warm relationship that encourages learning, especially for Special Need Learners.
