About Jeffrey
As a dedicated teacher and fitness professional, I bring over 32 years of experience guiding students toward achieving their health and performance goals. With a strong foundation as a Certified Master Trainer with ISSA and NFPT and a Master’s Degree in Physical Education, I have honed my skills in creating tailored lessons and training programs to improve students’ physical health and performance outcomes. Every student has a unique potential to develop to the best of their abilities. I will offer customized performance plans that will provide students with needs, goals, and areas for improvement, ensuring a targeted development outcome.
