About Hameeda
I'm Hameeda, a Mindfulness Trainer, Self-Love Coach, and Postpartum Wellness Specialist. I empower mothers and individuals through mindfulness practices, meditation, and self-compassion. My holistic approach, rooted in MBCT and MBSR, supports stress-free living and well-being. I also hold a postgraduate degree in Agricultural Engineering.

Mindfulness
My teaching methods are rooted in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I use a combination of guided meditations, breathing exercises, and mindful movement to help participants develop a deep sense of awareness and presence.
Self-Love Practices:
I incorporate self-love exercises that encourage participants to embrace self-compassion and self-acceptance. These practices are designed to build confidence and foster a positive relationship with oneself.
Postpartum Wellness Techniques:
For new mothers, I offer specialized postpartum wellness techniques, including gentle mindfulness practices and stress management strategies to support both physical recovery and emotional well-being.
