I am a certified Face Yoga expert and Mudra therapist dedicated to helping you achieve a natural, radiant transformation through my signature method. With professional certifications in both facial anatomy and hand gesture therapy, I provide a safe, science-backed approach to beauty that works from the outside in and the inside out.
My goal is to simplify these ancient wellness practices into easy, daily habits that fit your modern lifestyle. I take great pride in being a professional who listens to your specific concerns—whether you want to tone your jawline, reduce stress, or simply reclaim your natural glow. I believe beauty starts from the inside, so my teaching focuses on a mix of facial muscle toning and the ancient science of Mudra therapy. My goal isn't just to help you look better, but to help you feel more balanced using my method, The Inner Glow Rituals.
I use a simple, follow-along style where I explain exactly which of the 57 facial muscles we are working on. I also teach specific hand gestures (Mudras) that help calm the mind and support your skin health from the inside out.
We always start with a few minutes of breathing and Mudras to relax. Then, we warm up the face, move into targeted "sculpting" exercises to lift and tone, and finish with a gentle massage to reduce puffiness and tension.
Since I’m certified in both Face Yoga and Mudra therapy, you get a full wellness experience rather than just a workout. I make sure the routines are easy to learn so you can actually do them at home in your own time.
My classes are for adults of any age. Whether you’re in your 20s and want to keep your skin glowing, or you're looking for a natural way to lift and firm your skin without expensive treatments, these sessions are for you. I work with only 5-10 clients at a time to ensure personal attention.
