About Afia
I was a writer who turned into fitness trainer out of passion and I have fallen in love with each of the process ever since. I got certified in different fitness forms to provide the best to my clients. My aim is to create a community with healthy mind and body along with people with great mind-muscle connection :)

I provide personal and group classes for resistance, yoga and pilates sessions along with helping people to know what to eat. I realize there is no one path to fitness but many leading to one destination. I would be glad to help people find their path and encompass their best self.

It was a great learning experience with her. She is pretty supportive and the vibe is great . Even though I am from defence and fitness is our lifestyle , she still teaches something new every so often . I would love to recommend her to other people.

She is an excellent teacher. Soft spoken, patient, and skilled.. What else do you need in a teacher!! Her calm and composed personality just adds the cherry on the cake. If you are looking for both mental and physical health, go for it!
