About Dana
Hello! I’m a certified Ontario teacher (OCT) with experience helping students in Grades 3-8 strengthen their skills in reading, writing, and math. I create a positive, supportive space where learners feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow. My lessons are clear, engaging, and tailored to each student’s pace and goals. Whether your child needs extra support or wants to build confidence, I’m here to help them succeed—with patience, structure, and encouragement every step of the way.

As a certified OCT teacher, I create engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to each learner’s needs. I use explicit instruction, guided practice, and real-life examples to build skills in reading, writing, and math. A typical session includes a warm-up, mini-lesson, practice activity, and feedback. I focus on building confidence, critical thinking, and independence. My lessons are ideal for students in Grades 3–8 who need foundational support or enrichment.
