I help individuals and professionals meeting challenges by:
- clarifying their situation,
- communicating with their emotions in order to better understand and apprehend them,
- stepping back and observing the problem without judgment
- connecting to their intuition and find all the necessary resources
- establishing a very simple and concrete action plan to facilitate the transition
- making a regular review (ideally every 15/21 days) to debrief and reroute if necessary
- gaining confidence and accepting fears
- resolving personal or professional conflicts

Some details about this rate:
The session will last 2 hours to be effective.
From experience, 4 or 5 sessions are enough to unblock situations (compared to 10 to 12 sessions in classic short therapies).
The applied rate allows me to limit my activity to one client per day in order to optimize my quality of presence and listening for each client.
I meditate between 3 and 4 hours a day to develop a powerful level of consciousness in order to create a mirror effect as transparent as possible to help the client step back and find acceptance and resources in him/her efficiently and rapidly.
This service may also include some contact between sessions to make a quick point or to bring up a particular situation. It is an engaged collaboration.
