Being a K11 Certified Personal Trainer (Diploma in Personal Training – Distinction) with 3+ years of hands-on experience, I have helped many clients transform their bodies and achieve their goals. Whether it’s weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain or strength training, I believe every client is unique and deserves a customized approach. My training methods are practical, effective, and backed by scientific knowledge of exercise and nutrition. I focus on building not only your body but also your confidence and discipline. About the Class
My sessions are designed to be personalized and result-oriented.
Beginners will start with the basics of form, posture, and body awareness.
Intermediate and advanced clients will work on progressive training including strength, conditioning, functional workouts, and drills.
I provide guidance on exercise techniques, workout planning, and lifestyle habits to maximize results.
Classes will be interactive, engaging, and adapted to your comfort zone. Instead of being just another workout, I ensure each session feels like a step closer to your dream physique.
