About Amir
I’m Amir, a Certified Personal Trainer, bodybuilding coach, and sports massage therapist based in Kuala Lumpur. I have more than 10 years of experience in fitness and coaching, and I’m a national bodybuilding silver medalist from Iran. I’m passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through structured training and sustainable lifestyle habits.
