NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA) International Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 available to customize ideal training programs for all goals on individual basis for wherever you prefer to work out.
Lose fat, develop strength, improve flexibility, enhance athletic performance, protect against injury, and feel your greatest sense of wellbeing with functional fitness.
Learn to train for life without ever needing a gym, or supplement your gym training with locations of your choice.
10+ years athletic experience playing rugby and roller derby.

I only use body weight and the environment around combined with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and a minimum of additional equipment if any at all to execute effective workouts.
All exercises are modifiable, so there is always an appropriate challenge available for all fitness levels, and progress can continue for life.
Keep your workouts short, smart, and sweaty and bring them anywhere you like for the most consistent and effective training regimen.
