Heyy I’m Derya
I’m a national athlete and student .
My main motto was to always train when everyone else is sleeping , this doesn’t necessarily mean to workout at 4am but it means to kick ass when no one else is .
This is what I’m here to help with , to be yourgym best friend and for you to love yourself.

My lessons are for anyone who is eager to be the best version of themselves
I will take my time to go through your aims and intentions.
I will build a programme , help technique and support you mentally and physically.
Additionally I will focus on your recovery , but of course focus on your training and nutrition?
My typical length is 30min - 1hr ( however this is adaptable).
Overall, my aim is to lead you and be you gym best friend.
