About Hafiz
My name is Hafiz Othman. I am a certified fitness practitioner with 3 years of experience as a personal trainer. I have conducted training sessions with a variety of clients ranging from 19 years old to 80 years old. I do enjoy bodybuilding as well as photography and creating novelty items.

My personal training methods are based on clients needs such as weight loss, building strength and bodybuilding.Which correlates to clients conditions such as health status and past injuries. Typically each program will be about 12 to 16 weeks depending on goals and conditions of the clients.
