Dedicated and experienced Yoga Practitioner and Instructor with 7+ years of continuous personal practice (since 2019) and formal certification from the world-renowned Sri Sri School of Yoga (The Art of Living). Certified under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS 200). Deeply knowledgeable in traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Guided Meditation, and Shat-kriyas. Combines years of disciplined personal sadhana with professional teaching techniques to help practitioners build strength, flexibility, emotional balance, and holistic wellness.
