I graduated as a sports and nutrition coach a year ago. Since then, I have been training and gaining knowledge about sport and nutrition thanks to new studies or new books. I have been practicing sport for a long time and it is a pleasure for me to share my passion, help people to progress and achieve their goals.

Hello, My name is Thomas, I am a personnal trainer for 1 year and always sporting (Handball, ping-pong, football, kickboxing, bodybuilding). I awaken people who use my services to learn and take control of better nutrition and put in place for them sports programs tailored to their goals for a better way of life. I begin by reporting on your lifestyle and whether it is good for you to start a coaching or if it is better to implement some improvements first (stress, sleep, etc.). Then I teach you how to become autonomous for the practice of sport. However everyone is unique and the theory must also go through a practice to discern what will be the optimal method for you.
