About Samiksha
I am a certified Prenatal Yoga Coach trained in Yog Nagri -Rishikesh, practicing yoga since 2019 with a calm and mindful approach to wellness. Along with prenatal yoga training, I have also completed a Vipassana meditation course, which helps me guide students with patience, positivity, and emotional balance. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable space where every student feels relaxed, confident, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.

My teaching style is calm, friendly, and supportive, focused on making prenatal yoga safe, simple, and relaxing. Classes include gentle yoga, breathing exercises, stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness practices inspired by my Vipassana experience. I guide students with patience and personal attention while helping them build healthy daily habits and reduce stress naturally. My sessions are for pregnant women, beginners, and also family members or dads-to-be who want to better support and care for the mother during pregnancy.
