Having practiced and taught classical yoga for more than 18 years following the Sivananda tradition, I dedicate my work to individualized, 1-on-1 teaching. I enjoy working closely with each student to understand their personal physical limits, relieve chronic stiffness, and guide them patiently toward consistent, balanced, and pain-free living.

Every session is customized 1-on-1 to match your individual lifestyle and fitness goals. Rather than rushing through complex poses, my method emphasizes proper alignment, steady breathwork, and gradual progression.
Drawing from classical Sivananda traditions, I guide students through practical exercises designed to relieve desk-related back stiffness, enhance joint mobility, and reduce daily mental stress.
You will receive patient, step-by-step instruction ensuring safe and rewarding home practice regardless of your current flexibility level.
