About Bernardine
I am a calm, friendly, and easy-going person who naturally tries to make others feel comfortable and understood. I’ve always believed that people learn and grow best when they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves.
I am a mother of three sons, and being a parent has shaped me deeply. It has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of encouraging someone even when they doubt themselves. Watching my children grow has also made me appreciate how every person learns in their own unique way and at their own pace.
In my own life, I enjoy simple things that bring me peace and joy, like horse riding, reading, and spending quality time with my family. These moments help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance in life. I also enjoy learning and growing as a person, and I still have many goals and dreams I want to explore in the future.
I am 34 years old, and I bring both life experience and a warm, understanding approach into everything I do.
More than anything, I value real human connection. I believe in kindness, encouragement, and helping others feel confident in who they are.

My lessons are personalised and adapted to each student’s level, goals, and learning style. I focus on helping students improve speaking, grammar, pronunciation, and overall confidence in English.
My teaching style is interactive and practical, using real-life English so students can apply what they learn immediately. I include a lot of speaking practice to help build fluency faster.
Each lesson is structured but relaxed, creating a comfortable space where students can learn at their own pace and feel confident making mistakes.
What makes my lessons unique is the individual attention and customised approach I give to every student, ensuring steady progress and enjoyable learning.
