About Faye
I love to hold space for my students to nourish themselves with movement, meditation and breath. I have particularly enjoyed guiding Mums to be in their practice and as a Mother myself, aiding people in their postnatal period to regain their strength post-birth and find some time for themselves.

I have a 200hr certification from Yoga London to teach Vinyasa Yoga as well as a 50hr Pre & Postnatal certification from Poppy Perinatal Yoga. My classes guide the practitioner to marry breath with movement, balance strength and flexibility, learn simple breath work practices and relaxation techniques such as yoga nidra, restorative poses and guided meditation. The class length is flexible for the student - during the postnatal period you may want to begin with a shorter 30-minute session and build up to an hour-long practice. Seasoned yogis may want to add pranayama and meditation to their class so a 75-minute session is for you! I am experienced in teaching a wide range of ages, all genders and ability levels.
