About Marylyn

Teaching singing started as a side project that quietly consumed my entire schedule. I noticed many singers failing because of rigid syllabi rather than a lack of natural ability. I make technical challenges easier to understand by revealing the logic behind every step.

I prioritize your independent reasoning so you eventually trust your own internal voice. As a Certified Vocology Practitioner and BM graduate from the University of Cincinnati, I help students navigate the bridge between complex mechanics and artistry. My SLS fluent approach centers on the mixed voice as the natural core for pop and musical theater. You will find that I am honest about the grind of improvement while remaining energetic about the breakthroughs.

About the lesson

Singing feels like navigating a dark room where you suddenly find the light switch. I teach microphone technique alongside vital concepts like pitch control and healthy breathing.
