About Karuna
Coming from the corporate and business world, I have personally experienced what all different kinds of obvious and masked triggers that people go through during the day ( Be it for a teen in school, an energetic struggling youth, an aging parent, or a retired ).
My practice of Yoga has helped me to keep centred amidst the chaos and I am very happy and excited that I can share this practice and knowledge with others.

I adopt an holistic approach of Yoga practice that includes breathing exercises (pranayamas), yoga postures (asanas), meditation and knowledge - a perfect blend to balance your actions at mind level and body level (with skill).
This approach helps people relax and heal better, a break that they look forward to for themselves. Therefore, my session plan serves my aim to accommodate for all levels - beginners or intermediate practitioners from all walks of life.
