About Ravi

Hi, I’m Ravi, a Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Australian Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, BAS/IAS and Payroll. I work with Australian businesses every day, handling their books, BAS/IAS Lodgment, GST Returns and payroll, so what I teach comes from real work, not just theory.

I’m a Certified Xero Advisor and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and I also work in MYOB and Excel. My academic background includes inter C.A. from India as well M. Com. from Gujarat University, India.

Why I teach:
Software tutorials show you which button to click, but they rarely explain why an entry is made a certain way or what to do when real-world data gets messy. That gap is where beginners lose confidence, and where mistakes get expensive for businesses.

I teach because I enjoy closing that gap. Whether you want to start a career in KPO industry or manage your own business books, I want you to understand the logic, not just memorize the steps.

My teaching style:
I’m patient, practical and structured. I explain the concept first, then we work through examples that build from simple to advanced. You’re welcome to ask as many questions as you like, and I’ll adjust the pace to suit you.

About the lesson

I’m a senior accountant with 10+ years of experience in Australian Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll. I’m a Certified Xero Advisor and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. My classes are built on the work I do with businesses, not on textbook examples.

What I teach:

Xero: Company Setup, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation, invoicing and bills, GST Return preparation, BAS & IAS Lodgment, Payroll processing, Manual Journals.
QuickBooks Online: Chart of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Processing, General ledger Review, GST Reconciliation, BAS & IAS Lodgment, End of Month Reporting.
MYOB: Company File setup, daily Bookkeeping, Payroll, BAS and reporting
Excel for accounting: formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reconciliations, Data Cleaning, Dashboard creation etc...

How the classes work:

Each topic starts with the concept, so you understand why something is done a certain way. Then we practice it on realistic examples, moving from simple tasks to more complex scenarios. You’ll finish each session having done the work yourself, not just watched.
