My teaching method is based on you! I like to start with a one on one virtual meeting to get to know your wants and needs, then I start on my path to assist you in achieving those goals, all with a plan that you consent to and agree on. If you don't like the plan, we modify it until you're comfortable!

Elicia loves to help people achieve their goals. When I started to have panic attacks recently, she knew exactly what to say and was very understanding of the situation. Seeing my progress was like a success to her too. She is very down to Earth and can make some jokes with her witty attitude, which I will always appreciate about her.
I just love her. She is great with meditation. She has a soothing voice and you can relax with her technics.
