I am a certified instructor and a former professional ballet dancer with extensive experience performing in theaters worldwide. This background gave me a profound understanding of body mechanics, discipline, and the importance of perfect alignment. I have integrated this stage-tested expertise with Hatha Yoga and Postural Therapy to create a unique method for the digital world.

My signature online sessions are a holistic blend of classical ballet precision and therapeutic yoga alignment, accessible from anywhere in the world. We focus on decompressing the spine, opening the chest to reverse 'desk slouch,' and building a strong, functional core.
Each 60-minute virtual class is strictly personalized to your fitness level. We start with a mindful warm-up, move into ballet-inspired strength exercises for grace and tone, and conclude with deep yoga stretches. You will develop the long, lean aesthetic of a dancer while achieving mental clarity. No ballet barre or previous experience is required—just your mat and a commitment to your well-being.
