About GOPIKA
I am a practicing Chartered accountant by profession...I have been myself practicing yoga since last 4 years, and due to passion towards yoga, I decided to do teacher training course of Yoga...Due to the immense benefits that I have gained from it, I wish to spread this art among others and I love teaching which aids to connect with people and help them in various ways..

Teaching Yoga is my passion, and I want to spread this beautiful art so that people get benefit from it....Yoga and pilates and can together build up strength, stability and flexibility....
In my class I balance between all the aspects needed for mental and physical health...At the beginning the class is focussed on building the confidence that our body is capable of various things which we dont even know...practice yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation with me in the class with explanation of its benefits....also going further, I include Yogilates i.e. blend of Yoga and Pilates....
