My approach is to make you understand why we are doing a specific action. I keep things simple and holistic . Magical things about Indian diet and Ayurveda are something I believe . I will make you introduce to Patanjali yog darshan which is really deep and most appreciated document on life .

Somya mam has a comprehensive knowledge on yoga and ayurveda, her technique of teaching yoga has pushed me beyond my limits and has helped me in looking at yoga as a holistic physical exercise, it has everything for everyone.
