About Inna
I teach yoga and mobility with a focus on how the body actually moves — not just how it looks.
As a certified yoga instructor with an aerial background, I combine flexibility training with strength and control work. This helps students build real, usable mobility without forcing positions or risking injury.
My sessions are structured, clear, and adapted to each person’s level. I work with complete beginners as well as students who already train but want deeper flexibility, better alignment, or improved control in movement.
