As an instructor, I built strong relationships with my students and took pride in tailoring classes to suit different needs and abilities. I also really enjoyed the behind-the-scenes responsibilities — managing bookings, communicating with clients, and making sure the studio environment was organized and calm.

Highly motivated and adaptable Yoga Instructor with a passion for empowering individuals through mind-body connection. Skilled in guiding Hatha-Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar, mixed theme yoga flows, themed classes, guided meditations, and personalized instruction. Extensive training in asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and biomechanics to ensure safe and effective practice for all levels. I Also offer Advance workshops in Back-bending, Handstand, Split and body twisting.
