My classes are designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Every session is tailored to your individual goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, lose weight, relieve back or neck pain, reduce stress, improve posture, or simply develop a healthier lifestyle.
Each session may include:
* Gentle warm-up and mobility exercises
* Traditional yoga asanas with proper alignment
* Breathing techniques (Pranayama)
* Stretching and flexibility training
* Relaxation and guided meditation
* Lifestyle and wellness tips to support your progress
Classes are conducted in English and are customized to your pace, schedule, and personal goals.
I believe yoga is not about perfection—it's about progress. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and supportive, ensuring you feel comfortable regardless of your age or fitness level.
