Hi! I’m Upasna Sharma, and I love teaching yoga because it’s helped me find balance and calm in my own life. I want to share what I’ve learned so others—especially busy students—can feel stronger, more flexible, and less stressed. Yoga isn’t just about exercise; it’s about feeling peaceful and confident in your body and mind. I enjoy creating a friendly space where everyone can learn at their own pace and feel supported. Helping others grow healthier and happier through yoga truly makes me happy.

Hello, I’m Upasna Sharma, a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching in schools. My teaching method focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where every student feels comfortable and encouraged. Unlike traditional yoga classes that focus only on physical postures, I integrate mindful breathing exercises and simple meditation techniques to help reduce stress and improve concentration.
