About Sandili
I'm a creative professional and yoga practitioner based in Goa, India. Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, shaping not only how I move, but how I navigate the demands and rhythms of everyday life. Since 2024, I've been sharing this practice with others, offering a thoughtful and grounded approach that emphasizes balance, self-awareness, and genuine connection.
My classes are influenced by my creative background and are designed to feel relaxed, conversational, and restorative. I enjoy weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, music, and moments of reflection to create sessions that help busy minds slow down and reconnect. Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for a more personal and intuitive practice, I offer a welcoming space where you can simply show up as you are.
