About Reena
A Passionate yoga teacher with over 10 years of professional experience in traditional yoga and vinyasa yoga. In June 2011, completed one year yoga certificate course from HCRF & TR, Mandi, HP and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga. In 2021 Completed 500 HOURS YTTC
under “Jay Yoga Academy” Vietnam .
My goal is to share everything I know about yoga and that too in the right way.
