Hello jayanti mam,
You are an excellent teacher. A very jovial person. We enjoy your teaching. Especially I want to highlight the different types of suryanamaskaras taught by you.DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT CLASSES
“I’ve been attending Jeyanthi's classes for over a year. Jeyanthi has a deep understanding of human anatomy and the yogic practice. Her classes build strength and body awareness while promoting healthy muscles and joints. The result is improved pose alignment and stamina. My body now understands how to move properly, and this has helped me live pain-free.”
It has been 2 years since I have known you. Your classes are really good. I have enjoyed your yoga as well as your company. Yoga has really helped me in maintaining my flexibility as well as body strength.
