I'm Ashana, a certified Yoga Teacher, Naturopathy Practitioner, and NLP Coach with years of experience in holistic healing. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help you heal naturally — in body, mind, and energy. My Teaching Approach:
I offer a unique blend of Yoga, Naturopathy, and NLP to support natural healing and inner growth. My sessions include mindful asanas, breathwork, guided affirmations, and simple naturopathic tips.
Class Structure:
Each session includes grounding, yoga practice, mind rewiring tools, and lifestyle guidance. Classes are personalized, peaceful, and transformation-focused.
