i took a session of guided meditation and breathwork (pranayam) session from shraddha mam ,
was very restorative ,feeling very light and energiesed .her instruction are too clear and helps to go deeply in practice ,it really makes enlightened . im going forward with shraddha mam for long term.I feel very happy after class.
