About Kiran
Hello! I am Kiran Shaw from India, a certified Yoga Teacher Trainer and founder of Health Is Wealth Yog Academy. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental health through authentic yoga. I teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Flexibility, Weight Management and Stress Relief. My classes are friendly, safe and suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. I believe yoga should be simple, effective and accessible to everyone. I look forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.
