Hi, I’m Disha
I’m a certified Yoga Teacher (TTC) who loves helping people feel healthier, stronger, and more relaxed through yoga.
My classes are simple, beginner-friendly, and focused on making you feel comfortable while improving flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.
I believe yoga should feel calming, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone.

My yoga classes are designed to help students improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, and mental relaxation in a simple and supportive way. Sessions include warm-up, asana practice, breathwork, and relaxation techniques.
I focus on proper alignment, safe practice, and creating a comfortable environment for beginners and intermediate students to learn confidently at their own pace.
