About Laura
I’ve been teaching yoga for 2 years—one year in a studio and the other teaching independently, including outdoor sessions in nature. With a strong background in teaching and guiding, I bring both empathy and knowledge to every class. For me, humor and not taking yourself too seriously are some of the most important things, so I always aim to create a light, fun atmosphere. I’m here to support you on your journey, offering personalized guidance to help you grow and feel your best!

In my classes, we begin with relaxing pranayama and meditation to ground the mind and body, followed by a personalized vinyasa flow tailored to your needs. Everything is designed with you in mind – I’ll transform my experience to support your unique journey. We finish with a peaceful shavasana, soothing yoga nidra, or a gentle massage, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and in tune with yourself.
