I want to accompany you to heal from the root. To go inside you and find there stability and pleasure. Let's start with the body. The practice of yoga cultivates a toned, flexible and stylized body. When you practice consistently, naturally, you detoxify by throwing away everything that stands between you and your well-being. It only takes one thing: love the practice.
