About Aarti Tiwari
I am Aarti Tiwari, a certified and experienced Yoga Teacher with 6+ years of teaching experience. I have completed a 500-hour Diploma in Yogic Sciences, a Foundation Course in Yoga, and a 100-hour Holistic Yoga, Anatomy & Therapeutics course. I have also completed specialized training in Prenatal Yoga and am currently pursuing my MA in Yoga. I believe yoga is not just about flexibility but about developing a stronger, healthier and more balanced body and mind. I enjoy helping students practice safely and confidently according to their individual needs and goals.

My yoga classes are personalized according to your body, fitness level and goals. I focus on building strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing through a combination of asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I guide you step-by-step with proper alignment and safe progression. Classes can be tailored for weight management, flexibility, stress relief, women’s wellness and general fitness.

• Online 1-to-1 Sessions: ₹500 per session.
• Online Group Classes: ₹1,500/month per person.
• Offline Group Classes: 60:40 revenue-sharing arrangement. , subject to group size and location.
• Fees may be negotiable depending on the package, number of sessions, and requirements.
• Customized packages are also available based on individual needs.
