I've been a chef for 12 years, hotel management graduate, graduating in gastronomic sciences university courses. I have been teaching for 4 years both hobbyists and professional courses organized by the region. My specialties range from classic Italian and foreign pastries to classic Italian cuisine with hints to the most modern techniques
